Mitch Marcello - Independent Dance Instructor

Mitch received his undergraduate degree and did his residency in music performance at Carnegie Mellon University.

Mitch started his dance career with Lindy Hop and Blues and now, with a focus on West Coast Swing. Mitch competes and teaches nationally with first place wins in Seattle, Boston, Toledo, and Washington D.C. He continues to strive to teach and perform at the highest level.

Locally, he has taught at Absolute Ballroom, Carnegie Mellon University, Chatham University, Duquesne University and the Pittsburgh Dance Center. Mitch has had the opportunity to teach in Montreal, Boston and D.C. Combining his love for both music and dance, Mitch loves to see the impact these artforms continue to have on himself and those around him.
