Jim Page - Night and Day Dance Studio
Mr. Page began dancing and teaching in Youngstown/Warren, Ohio with franchised dance schools. Later, he relocated to Charleston, S.C. to further his dance career. In 1984, with the opening of Night and Day Dance Studio with owner Linda McKee, Mr. Page began teaching in Pittsburgh.
He enjoyed competing professionally in the American style, as well as in the pro/am divisions with many of his talented students. He also had the honor of coaching and choreographing for the Carnegie Mellon University Ballroom Dance Team. Mr. Page is especially known for his whimsical song-specific choreography, and is able to take a piece of music and tailor-make a routine to fit any dancer's style and to showcase their talents.
He is not only a competitor and showman on the floor; he is also well known for his social dance teaching skills and expertise.
In addition, Mr. Page is heard as the emcee for local dance competitions, and recently appeared on KDKA radio and TV with his student, Dr. Nancy Mramor, promoting the health benefits of ballroom dance.
